WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Your Initial Design Consultation
Your initial design consultation typically lasts approximately 90 minutes and is designed to help us understand your project, lifestyle requirements, design preferences, and budget.
Based on the information you've shared with us, we'll carefully match you with a designer whose experience and expertise best suit your project.
During your appointment, you'll meet one-to-one with your dedicated designer, who will take the time to understand how you live, how you use your space, and what is most important to you. Drawing on experience gained from designing hundreds of kitchens, your designer will help you explore possibilities, overcome challenges, and identify solutions tailored to your home, lifestyle, and budget.
As part of your consultation, your designer will walk you through our showroom displays, using real kitchens to help bring ideas to life. Whether you're deciding between contemporary, classic, or in-frame styles, comparing storage solutions, exploring appliance options, or choosing colours and finishes, your designer will help you understand what works best for your home and guide you towards the right decisions for your project.
For many homeowners, this first consultation provides valuable clarity and confidence, helping turn ideas into a clear plan before any design work begins.
Your Bespoke Kitchen Design
Following your initial consultation, your designer will begin transforming your ideas, requirements, and priorities into a bespoke kitchen design tailored specifically to your home and the way you live.
Drawing on their design expertise and experience, your designer will carefully consider layout, workflow, storage requirements, appliances, materials, and finishes to create a space that is both functional and beautifully considered.
Approximately two to three weeks later, you'll be invited back for your complimentary design presentation appointment, where your proposed kitchen will be presented in full 3D, together with a detailed quotation, appliance recommendations, and a complete breakdown of costs.
This presentation allows you to fully visualise your new kitchen, understand how your budget is being invested, and confidently explore the options available before making any decisions.
Following your design presentation, you'll have time to review your design, quotation, and recommendations with your designer. Many clients choose to refine elements of the design, compare options, or explore alternative specifications before moving forward.
Your designer will continue to work with you throughout this stage, helping you refine the design until you're confident it meets your needs, lifestyle, and budget.
From your first consultation through to final sign-off, our design team will work closely with you to ensure every detail has been carefully considered, resulting in a kitchen that reflects your lifestyle, complements your home, and is designed to be enjoyed for years to come.
Securing Your Design & Booking Your Project
Once you've decided you'd like to move forward with your new kitchen, the next stage is all about refining your design and bringing every detail together. A €1,000 booking deposit secures your quotation, reserves your place in our production schedule, and gives you full access to your detailed 3D kitchen design.
Following your booking, you'll continue working closely with your designer, refining every aspect of your kitchen until you're completely happy with every detail. You'll be invited back to the showroom as many times as needed to explore options, compare finishes, and make those all-important final decisions.
This is where many of the exciting finishing touches come together as you finalise colours, door styles, handles, worktops, appliances, lighting, internal storage solutions, and all the carefully considered details that make your kitchen unique to your home and the way you live.
There is no limit to the number of design consultations you can have with your designer, and every appointment is complimentary. While every project is different, many of our clients find that three to four consultations provide the time needed to carefully refine every aspect of their kitchen before giving final approval.
Throughout this stage, you'll continue working directly with the same designer who has guided your project from the very beginning. Should questions arise between appointments, you'll continue to have direct access to your dedicated designer, providing reassurance, expert guidance, and support whenever you need it.
Once every detail has been approved, we'll carry out a final site measure before your kitchen moves into production at our manufacturing facility in Roscommon. From there, our experienced manufacturing, installation, and customer support teams will carefully manage your project through to installation and aftercare, ensuring the same attention to detail is maintained from beginning to end.
Our goal is simple: to make every stage of your journey enjoyable, reassuring, and expertly managed, so the finished result is more than just a new kitchen, it's a space that's uniquely yours, designed around your home, your lifestyle, and the moments you'll share there for years to come.
